At Vollner Watches, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces, and we’re here to assist you if your experience is anything less than exceptional.
Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of placing your order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• It must be returned with all original packaging and protective materials intact.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit upon return. Once the return is received, you’ll be sent a gift certificate for the value of the item.
